As part of the value-added proposition with an MBI membership, firms are afforded a wide array of exclusive member benefits in which each employee of a member company can utilize at no additional cost. This past year, MBI members had the opportunity to take advantage of the MBI-LIVE series of virtual training every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m.  -11:00 a.m. Programing included trainings on the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project Professional, Teams and OneNote); Quickbooks: and Procore for Superintendents and Project Managers. In addition, MBI hosted numerous networking sessions via our Breakfast and Lunch Clubs; Regional Meetings at eight locations throughout the state; the YBuilder young professionals program; and the Intern Series. 

   

Other value-driven services include the Annual Compensation & Benefits Survey; daily project plan information via The Project Source; and the Iowa Construction Job Board in which members can post open positions at no cost.
