To exceed member expectations, MBI must stay true to its vision, be responsive to member needs, and develop innovative partnerships to maximize impact. Some of the initiatives that will be involved in this pillar include: engaging members to develop responsive advocacy, education and resources to address industry needs; partnering with external organizations to expand our capacity to deliver essential member services;  and capitalizing on opportunities that come as a result of providing project information to the bidding community for decades.
