Wellness & Industry Culture reflects our members’ growing commitment to prioritizing wellness, creating a culture where individuals feel supported, healthy, and inspired to thrive both on and off the job site. Some of the initiatives that will be involved in this pillar include: embedding the MBI 8 Dimensions of Wellness into the culture of the Iowa Commercial Building Industry; launching a wellness education resource hub, as well as events and activities focused on wellness; and recognizing companies leading in wellness and offer an industry-wide Employee Assistance Program.
