In 2025, MBI continued to advance its mission of transforming Iowa's construction industry through innovative, high-impact education. Our diverse lineup of training opportunities reflected the dynamic needs of today's commercial construction professionals - offering everything from hands-on field leadership programs to advanced project management,  wellness, and communication workshops. This year, more than 14,000 seats were filled across our educational offerings, a clear reflection of our members' commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Our leadership programs celebrated 216 graduates in 2025, each equipped with the skills, confidence, and insight to lead teams, projects, and organizations more effectively. We also saw a surge of interest in Working Genius Training on Demand, as member companies sought tools to boost productivity and strengthen team collaboration. With flexible options like MBI LIVE virtual sessions, on-demand learning, and in-person workshops, members had greater access than ever to education that meets them where they are - on the jobsite, in the office, or online.
