MB EYE on the Future has become the staple of MBI’s leadership development curriculum and one of the most sought-after educational opportunities MBI has to offer. 2023 saw the graduation of this program’s 19th class, with 21 participants being recognized in front of the membership at the Annual Membership Meeting. Ken Bradford from The Leaders Course in Dallas, TX, led the group through a curriculum on communication and public speaking, while instructor Matt Bruinekool from Drake University led sessions on personal development and the participants’ individual leadership plans.  Lastly, Dan and Lori Shows from Shows Coaching presented two sessions on team dynamics and DISC reports.  In addition to class time, the group also had six networking opportunities to enhance their relationships with their classmates and utilize the skills learned in class.
