MB EYE on the Future has become the staple of MBI’s leadership development curriculum and one of the most sought-after educational opportunities MBI has to offer.  Participants in the MB EYE on the Future course explore how self-awareness affects team dynamics, identifying personal strengths and communication styles through engaging activities.  Participants then shifted focus from leading ourselves to building influence, improving communication, and leading others.  Our leaders learned the importance of making relational deposits to build bonds with their team members.  The curriculum emphasizes understanding diverse team members and generational differences, fostering empathy and collaboration for more cohesive teams.  We dove into managing our calendars and priorities to create consistent rhythms of team-building, managing, and coaching our individual team members.  In the final session, participants discussed trust, delegation, and overcoming leadership challenges, culminating in a capstone project where they present their learnings to peers, supervisors and our Board of Directors.  In addition to class time, the group also had six networking opportunities to enhance their relationships with their classmates and utilize the skills learned in class.
