LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
11 YEARS STRONG
The Leadership Experience is a leadership training program that addressed the areas of communication, collaboration, culture, and customer. These four areas are critical in all levels of leadership and attendees were challenged to take the learning of previous leadership classes to the next level. Becoming an effective leader requires an understanding of people, personalities, attitudes, goals, and more. The Leadership Experience stressed to attendees that the most important person they will ever lead is themselves.
