At year-end, MBI finished with a net operating income of $214,679.

A key highlight of 2022 was the completion of MBI's new headquarters building. We see it as being a hub for Iowa's commercial building industry and being used for networking programs, as well as bringing members together throughout the state through virtual meetings and hybrid training programs.
